Tissot is a watch company with a long history. It was founded way back in 1853 by Charles-Felicien Tissot. Over the years they have made various models, and today the Tissot watches are regarded as quality Swiss watches in the lower price range.
This particular watch is a vintage Tissot Seastar. It has a gold plated case, and a beatiful silver dial. It was probably made in the late 1960s or early 1970s. The Seastar name is still used for certain modern Tissot models.
