Parnis is a Chinese watch brand, and it is best known for their homage watches. The use Seagull movements, but the qualiy control isn’t always top notch. The watches are sold primarily through online distributors, and there also seem to be numerous factories producing parts and assembling the watches.
However, some Parnis watches are of a much higher quality than others, like this one. It has a cool, engraved caseback, it keeps good time, and material quality is good. The strap is of better quality than the ones that are distributed with cheaper models, and it even has a deployment clasp.
As many other Parnis models has a design that make them closer to replicas, this one has a more unique design. OK, it has clearly been inspired by the IWC Top Gun Miramar, but it nevertheless stands steadily on it’s own feet.
