I love wristwatches – Hamilton Pan Europ Auto

Hamilton 01

Hamilton was originally an American watch brand, going back to 1892. Hamilton was bought by the Swiss Omega & Tissot company in 1971 (now part of the Swatch group), and that very year the Hamilton Pan Europ was released. This was an automatic chronograph, in bright blue colors on dial and bezel.

Hamilton released a re-issue of the Pan Europ chronograph in 2011, and three years later they released a non-chronograph version (model nr. H354050), that has a heavily inspired design from the 1971-version. The new chronograph model comes in two versions (blue and black), whereas the non-chrono model comes in three versions (blue, grey and green).

This blue model realy stands out with its bright colors, and the featured cloth strap is both comfortable and eye-catching. The black leather racing strap that that comes with the model is also nice looking, with red details. The watch itselt is 42mm, and the sloped lugs makes it comfortable to wear also for those with smaller wrists.
